What you will do

• Own and drive the long-term technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for Minecraft China.
• Lead technical summits and syncs between internal teams and external partners to align direction and mitigate risks.
• Manage external development teams, including resource planning, priorities, and capacity forecasting.
• Oversee the health of the China codebase, including technical migrations and reduction of technical debt.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure all workstreams meet internal standards.
• Advocate for China-specific needs across leadership and partner teams to ensure business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/program management or software development.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-team technical initiatives.
• Experience owning technical product or platform strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience managing external or partner development teams.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred for technical negotiations.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Games as a Service (GaaS) and live operations.
• Deep understanding of Chinese business culture and market dynamics.
