What you will do

• Investigate and diagnose complex product failures, defects, and performance issues.
• Lead systematic root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and system-level issues using diagnostic tools.
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve technical issues.
• Develop troubleshooting guides, debug procedures, and knowledge-base documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, and Test Engineering to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in debugging, failure analysis, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis techniques.
• Ability to interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Minitab.
• Experience working in manufacturing, electronics, or industrial environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with automated test systems.
• Programming or scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, C#).
• Understanding of reliability engineering concepts.
