What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Value Architects to execute account onboarding and success plans.
- Partner with sales leaders to drive expansion and adoption of Falcon Flex within enterprise accounts.
- Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact to key decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) to showcase realized value.
- Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success to minimize churn and support renewals.
- Manage team performance, career development, and quota setting processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 8+ years of relevant professional and management experience.
- Strong background in sales methodologies, security software lifecycles, and business value concepts.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Excellent executive presence, negotiation, and financial acumen skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for customer and internal meetings.
