Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Support client service needs by preparing forms and processing transactions.
• Provide responsive communication, including scheduling and account maintenance.
• Assist with practice operations, including calendar management and mail processing.
• Research client inquiries and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Prepare and submit electronic applications and service documents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and service activity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Lakewood, CA
• Prior experience supporting client service in financial services (2+ years preferred).
• California Life and Health Insurance License.
• FINRA Series 7 registration.
• FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) registration.
• High school diploma required.
