What you will do

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, firmware, and software environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure, automation frameworks, and deployment pipelines.
• Design and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability systems for improved reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to diagnose issues across the full technology stack.
• Drive long-term reliability by automating operational tasks and implementing preventative solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia
• Strong Linux systems expertise including troubleshooting infrastructure, networking, and distributed applications.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with modern CI/CD and infrastructure tooling.
• Familiarity with observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or ELK.
• Ability to obtain U.S. export control clearance is required for access to sensitive technology.
