What you will do

• Develop comprehensive monitoring solutions and enhance dashboards to ensure full platform visibility.
• Troubleshoot priority incidents and facilitate blameless post-mortems for permanent resolution.
• Evaluate and optimize application and platform performance to meet response goals.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the lifecycle to build software for reliability and scale.
• Automate and improve CI/CD processes through bot implementation and other tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in designing, coding, and delivering software.
• Proficiency in scripting and OOP languages such as Ruby, Python, or Java.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Saltstack, or Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with K8S stack and monitoring solutions (DataDog, ELK, GrayLog).
• English: Intermediate (B1) level or higher required.
• Russian: Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Ruby on Rails key concepts.
• Experience with event streaming systems, message brokers, and SQL.
• Expertise in database and application performance tuning.
• Knowledge of caching techniques and advanced CI/CD pipeline automation.
