What you will do

• Lead and evolve the North American power market advisory team from a manual operation to a customized advisory model.
• Own the quality of analyst output, including forecast accuracy and depth of market commentary across seven ISOs.
• Partner with product development and data science teams to define automation agendas and improve analytical tooling.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior market analysts while fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for key accounts, ensuring services are tailored to customer portfolio needs.
• Contribute to the broader Trading Analytics product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience in North American power market analysis, forecasting, or trading.
• Expertise across multiple ISOs (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, CAISO, NYISO, ISO-NE) with direct exposure to desk environments.
• About four years of experience leading a team of three or more analysts or researchers.
• Proven ability to collaborate directly with traders, asset owners, and retailers as a trusted advisor.
• Strong understanding of day-ahead, real-time, and congestion market dynamics.
• Ability to engage with product and engineering teams on automation and modeling platform decisions.
