What you will do

• Own site-level IMS tracking for gate milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with commissioning partners and resolve site-level issues.
• Run weekly commissioning coordination meetings and produce status reports.
• Collect and manage OR-gate evidence packages to ensure on-schedule submission.
• Track ingestion-period stability metrics, anomalies, and progress against exit criteria.
• Maintain action logs and escalate overdue items to leadership.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in project management or commissioning coordination within datacenter, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Linear, Procore, Jira, or MS Project.
• Strong technical understanding of datacenter infrastructure systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing concurrent workstreams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
