Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 Annually

What you will do

• Sustain and optimize Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into VA Data Modernization metrics.
• Create visualizations for cloud costs, service adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate complex data requirements into effective BI solutions aligned with operational and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate VHA Data Lake, Databricks, and CDW datasets.
• Develop governance standards, semantic models, and SOPs for dashboard development.
• Provide training and support to promote self-service analytics and increase adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.
• Expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with large datasets across Azure, Databricks, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience supporting government or healthcare analytics, preferably within the VA ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud cost management and usage analytics.
• Knowledge of Databricks, VHA Data Lake, and NDS-governed data.
• Understanding of agile practices and tools like Jira and SharePoint.
