What you will do

• Analyse security compliance data to identify trends and systemic risks.
• Prioritize remediation efforts and compensating controls based on risk assessment.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track remediation progress and open risks.
• Coordinate remediation meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation including action logs and exception rationales.
• Support security across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or project coordination.
• Foundational understanding of vulnerability and risk management.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in reporting.
• Must be based in Toronto or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Toronto office.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and shared responsibility models.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
