What you will do

• Partner with Engineering, ML, and Data Science teams to create enterprise-wide decision-making capabilities.
• Apply analytics, causal inference, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of product experiments.
• Identify, compute, and validate key success metrics for specific product areas.
• Perform data exploration on engagement behaviors to discover future growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present research insights to senior executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming with Java or Python.
• Proven track record of developing and managing complex analytics data marts and ETL pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.

• Experience applying advanced analytics, ML models, or LLMs.
