What you will do

• Design and develop software solutions that combine open source, databases, cloud services, and programming languages to deliver accurate, scalable applications.
• Build and automate solutions in embedded engineering teams working with business partners across trading, sales, asset management, and finance.
• Develop reliable, scalable platforms for data engineering and machine learning-related capabilities.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data scientists, and cloud engineers in an agile environment.
• Apply data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented design to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong functional analysis and design skills, including knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience designing for performance and solving problems using analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Programming experience in a compiled language (e.g., Java, Scala) and/or an interpreted language (e.g., Python), including concurrency and memory management.
• Cloud experience with Snowflake is a strong asset.

Nice to have

• AI experience (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
• Large data processing development experience (e.g., Spark, MapReduce).
• Interest or knowledge in trading technologies in front-office environments.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
