What you will do

• Audit and unify fragmented workflows into a cohesive platform experience.
• Design intuitive systems for roles, permissions, and team management.
• Develop scalable billing and subscription infrastructure for the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Solve complex UX challenges for high-stakes security flows like MFA and account recovery.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to maintain high standards of design quality.
• Build and maintain scalable components in Figma using auto-layout and variables.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven track record working on platform teams, internal tools, or design systems.
• Mastery of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy with a focus on pixel perfection.
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced component-based design.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into logical, clean UI.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to leadership and engineering.
