What you will do

• Design and author comprehensive learning content, including modules, lessons, and practical exercises for AI in finance.
• Create hands-on workshops using anonymized financial datasets and real-world business scenarios.
• Develop practical resources such as prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, and reusable frameworks.
• Translate finance experience into engaging case studies covering FP&A, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Ensure all content reflects current AI capabilities and responsible adoption in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to refine and improve course materials based on feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Treasury.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to finance and analytical workflows.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Availability to work within European time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience designing training materials, courses, or workshops.
• Familiarity with AI-powered finance tools like Julius AI, NotebookLM, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience collaborating with instructional designers.
