What you will do

• Provide leadership to multi-departmental teams for the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure and property development.
• Manage enabling works including mass grading, water management, utility supplies, and central energy plants.
• Maintain overall project budget and schedule within targeted objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, including document control, RFI management, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate between multiple stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Implement and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety policies across all field operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in construction project management, specifically infrastructure and utility delivery.
• Proven experience working with utility statutory undertakers in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, scheduling, estimating, and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Project, Power BI, and PDF software like Bluebeam.
• Ability to travel regularly across the UK and occasionally internationally.

Nice to have

• SIA licensing or relevant executive security certifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
