What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, including infrastructure, utilities, and building development.
• Manage the procurement, selection, and performance of contractors, vendors, and engineering partners.
• Lead on-site coordination, ensuring adherence to safety plans and EHS standards.
• Partner with design, operational, and facilities teams to ensure constructability and operational readiness.
• Maintain rigorous document control, project reporting, and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with UK construction regulations, permitting requirements, and CDM standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required (Master’s preferred).
• Significant experience in large-scale infrastructure and construction project management.
• Must be proficient in UK construction contracting methodologies, specifically NEC contracts.
• Proven ability to manage fast-track programs with aggressive schedules and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating with public agencies and local authorities.
• Must be able to travel regularly across the UK for project oversight.
