What you will do

• Design and lead comprehensive test plans for validating test stations and systems.
• Develop, optimize, and debug automated test sequences using MATLAB, NI TestStand, or Python.
• Perform advanced testing and debugging of electrical circuits, PCBs, and integrated test systems.
• Conduct hardware verification activities including functional, performance, and stress testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex test station issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in test station validation.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering or hardware validation.
• Proven development of automated test systems using MATLAB, NI TestStand, or Python.
• Strong application of electrical circuit analysis and hardware testing principles.
• Demonstrated leadership through mentoring and technical initiatives.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
