What you will do

• Plan and execute performance testing activities including load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Monitor application and system metrics to identify performance risks and bottlenecks.
• Analyze logs and performance data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to support performance validation and root cause analysis.
• Support networking and IT administration tasks, including virtual machine maintenance and environment connectivity.
• Automate repetitive setup, monitoring, and reporting tasks using scripting.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in performance engineering, benchmarking, and load testing.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux administration and virtual machines.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
