What you will do

• Craft pitches to artist managers and label representatives for promotional opportunities.
• Collect and manage content during guest visits.
• Facilitate the promotion of social assets for hirify.global features.
• Coordinate internal scheduling logistics and artist materials.
• Maintain legal and archival paperwork for the talent relations department.
• Identify upcoming releases and projects for strategic outreach.

Requirements

• Must be a current university student or recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
