TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (Web3): Building and maintaining security-critical backend infrastructure for key-management and signing services with an accent on account abstraction and non-custodial wallet architecture. What you will do

• Develop and scale Go backend services for wallet creation, authentication, and signing.
• Implement distributed key generation and secret sharing to maintain non-custodial security.
• Reconstruct and operate key material within Trusted Execution Environments (TEE).
• Integrate authentication providers and manage complex authorization and policy flows.
• Lead security hardening efforts, including design documentation and remediation of external audits.
• Manage production operations on Kubernetes, including observability, alerting, and compliance controls.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with production services in Go or an adjacent systems language.
• Security-first mindset with experience reasoning about threat models and key custody.
• Solid understanding of applied cryptography, distributed systems, and API design.
• Operational maturity with Kubernetes, observability, and incident response.
• Clear written communication skills for design docs and decision records.
• Must be able to work remotely outside of California and Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience with TEE (AWS Nitro Enclaves, Intel SGX/TDX).
• Knowledge of threshold cryptography or MPC (DKG, FROST).
• Familiarity with account abstraction (ERC-4337, EIP-7702).
• Experience with custody/signing providers like Turnkey or Fireblocks.
• Background in HSM or secure-element integration.
