What you will do

• Own platform features from discovery and specification through design, implementation, and production operation.
• Translate customer and operational pain points into improvements for infrastructure provisioning, reliability, and scalability.
• Apply AI-first development practices to accelerate research, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Define and improve key platform metrics, including provisioning time, deployment success rate, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, product, and support teams to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and reliability risks from concept to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend, platform, or distributed systems.
• Strong production experience with Go or comparable backend languages.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience deploying and operating services within Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, or Helm.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with blockchain networks via RPC APIs or maintaining client nodes.
• Knowledge of Web3 infrastructure, validator operations, or node orchestration.
• Experience building internal tooling, operational automation, or benchmark suites.
• Ability to write high-quality RFCs, ADRs, and technical specifications.
