What you will do

• Own product initiatives end-to-end from problem definition and specification through rollout and iteration.
• Build backend services, APIs, and internal tools to simplify blockchain infrastructure provisioning and scaling.
• Solve complex operational problems regarding reliability, observability, and deployment.
• Define and track key performance metrics such as activation, adoption, and operational cost.
• Collaborate across Product, DevOps, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into scalable products.
• Implement AI-native workflows for research, implementation, and testing to increase velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend or distributed systems.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership from discovery to iteration.
• Strong product sense with the ability to link technical decisions to commercial impact.
• Proficiency in building production-ready services, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with message brokers (NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ) and Kubernetes.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Production experience with Go.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Background in Web3 infrastructure, RPC APIs, or blockchain node orchestration.
• Experience with B2B SaaS metrics and usage-based pricing models.
