What you will do

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by aligning business objectives with product offerings.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships as a strategic advisor for Marketing and Sales practices.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Translate complex product ideas into actionable steps for audiences ranging from mid-level to C-Suite.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects and milestones.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share insights and drive coordinated efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience supporting US-based customers.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with retention metrics, forecasting renewals, and preparing pricing proposals.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link success metrics to business outcomes.
