Salary: $188,000–$242,000 per year

What you will do

• Own large-scoped projects from discovery through launch with a focus on customer impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Operations.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing high-volume processing infrastructure.
• Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing.
• Enhance testing, monitoring, and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ensure sensitive data remains compartmentalized and secure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on software engineering experience.
• Mastery of modern server-side languages (Golang is a plus).
• Proficiency with SQL and cloud infrastructure management (preferably AWS).
• Proven experience supporting and mentoring other engineers.
• Experience working closely with designers and product managers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
