VP, AI (AI Engineering): Leading the development and execution of AI-powered capabilities across hirify.global’s customer-facing product portfolio with an accent on generative AI, agentic systems, and machine learning. Focus on building high-performing teams, prototyping innovative solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes in the advertising measurement space.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Hybrid schedule (1-3 days/week) for those local to Bellevue, WA or New York, NY; fully remote for those located further away.

Salary: $226,300–$260,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the AI product strategy across Creative, Audience, and Outcomes product lines.
• Lead the incubation, prototyping, and commercialization of AI-powered features and products.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers, scientists, and product specialists.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to embed AI capabilities into existing roadmaps.
• Establish technical direction and architectural patterns for scalable, secure, and responsible AI systems.
• Represent the company externally as a thought leader in AI innovation and media measurement.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing AI products with measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, retrieval architectures, and generative AI applications.
• Strong technical depth with the ability to remain hands-on in prototyping and architecture review.

Nice to have

• Experience in adtech, media measurement, or marketing technology.
• Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with modern MLOps practices and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Advanced technical degree (MS or higher).
