Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (Hybrid: 25%+ in-office)

Salary: $275,000 - $380,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Act as a technical thought partner to the GTM team to deepen partner technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint GenAI solutions and reference architectures.
• Provide direct technical support to unblock strategic customer deals.
• Represent the company at partner events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
• Gather and synthesize product feedback from partners to inform the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles.
• Proven track record of partnering with GSIs or cloud providers on complex technical challenges.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, machine learning, or data science.
• Must be able to work from San Francisco or New York City offices at least 25% of the time.
