What you will do

• Design and implement core infrastructure components including control plane APIs and deployment orchestration systems.
• Optimize agent invocation latency, cold start performance, and resource utilization across compute platforms.
• Develop monitoring, observability, and operational tooling to ensure production reliability.
• Collaborate with AWS Lambda, Bedrock, and open-source framework teams to integrate agent runtime capabilities.
• Contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions for session management and security integrations.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering excellence through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in programming with at least one software language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, system reliability, and scalability.
