TL;DR

Client Delivery Manager (Managed Services): Driving strategic client relationships and measurable success outcomes for managed services accounts with an accent on ITIL/ITSM frameworks and contract P&L management. Focus on optimizing service utilization, managing complex escalations, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure long-term customer advocacy and retention.

Location: Must be based in the US. Role is Remote/Hybrid with travel to client sites required.

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Manage contract P&L to ensure delivery expectations and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Solve complex customer problems by partnering with internal technical resources.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives.
  • Drive customer advocacy and improve health scores, NPS, and CSAT.
  • Manage and resolve escalations promptly to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Client Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and business operations.
  • Proficiency in project management, including scoping, planning, and documentation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
  • Strong financial and P&L acumen.

Nice to have

  • Managed Services industry experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodology certifications.
  • Understanding of AI and workflow automation principles.
