Location: Hybrid role based in Sevenum, Netherlands, with travel required for anchor days.

What you will do

  • Own the operational lifecycle of warehouse management ERP applications to ensure high reliability.
  • Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and sustainable problem resolution.
  • Manage L1/L2 operations while collaborating with consultants and developers on complex L3 issues.
  • Support operational readiness and validation for new system changes and enhancements.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
  • Identify recurring issues to implement improvements that enhance long-term service quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting or managing warehouse management processes within ERP environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, consultants, and developers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks is considered an advantage.

Nice to have

  • German language skills.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or pharmacy logistics.
