TL;DR
Machine Learning Engineer (ADAS): Developing and optimizing computer vision and 3D perception models for autonomous driving systems with an accent on end-to-end ML lifecycle management and scalable data pipeline development. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Leonberg, Germany (Hybrid model).

What you will do
- Train, debug, and improve computer vision and 3D perception models.
- Manage the full ML lifecycle from data generation to model evaluation and iteration.
- Build scalable data pipelines, including auto-labelling and pseudo-labelling.
- Contribute to offline pipelines like tracking and 3D reconstruction.
- Partner with the team to identify and address system performance gaps.
- Work on core ADAS capabilities such as detection, classification, and instance segmentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping CV-focused deep learning systems.
- Strong applied ML engineering skills with a focus on real-world product constraints.
- Experience with 3D perception concepts such as LiDAR, multi-view geometry, or tracking.
- Ability to own work end-to-end, including evaluation and dataset generation.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model from our Leonberg office.
- Passion for autonomy and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
