What you will do

• Coach and manage a high-performing team of Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts.
• Drive key VIP sales metrics, including customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
• Implement optimal processes and compliance initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs, promotions, and reward incentives.
• Participate in the escalation process to resolve client cases across departments.
• Assist leadership in developing and implementing effective sales training programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team with a focus on coaching and performance management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Strong understanding of product lines and ability to identify strategies for revenue growth.
