What you will do
- Coach and manage a high-performing team of Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts.
- Drive key VIP sales metrics, including customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
- Implement optimal processes and compliance initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs, promotions, and reward incentives.
- Participate in the escalation process to resolve client cases across departments.
- Assist leadership in developing and implementing effective sales training programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team with a focus on coaching and performance management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
- Strong understanding of product lines and ability to identify strategies for revenue growth.
