Business Analyst (OMS)

Location: Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit. Hybrid model required (2 days/week in Alfragide, Portugal).

• Elicit, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.

• Manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure in complex scenarios.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in OMS & Last Mile.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Portuguese.
• Must be based in Portugal with valid work authorization (EU citizenship or permit).
• Availability for hybrid work (2 days/week in Alfragide).
