What you will do
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for all new Asset Intelligence service customers.
- Track and manage the full lifecycle of assessments performed by the delivery function.
- Organize customer kick-off meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Create consultancy pre-requisite packs to ensure consultants have necessary information for successful engagements.
- Communicate project status and process steps to customers throughout the engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure high service value.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK with the ability to work from Birmingham, Manchester, or Marlow.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
- Strong planning, organizational, and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Pro-active, self-starting approach to work.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
