Salary: $27.00 - $34.00/hr + Bonus

What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Assist in implementing new programs and advise on caseload management.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must have an active ADC or LADC license in the state of Minnesota.
• Demonstrated knowledge of human behavior and substance abuse treatment populations.
• Ability to make effective decisions and exercise judgment in sensitive situations.
• Strong understanding of human social services and rehabilitation practices.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
