What you will do

• Perform routine customer outreach via phone and email regarding device tracking audits and product registrations.
• Document all customer communications accurately in designated databases and tracking systems.
• Navigate and update ERP systems like Oracle to maintain the accuracy of device tracking records.
• Monitor shared inboxes and work queues to ensure timely processing of tracking workflows.
• Support device corrective action activities by tracking responses and reconciling data.
• Identify and escalate complex data discrepancies or non-routine issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree preferred.
• Must be based in Chelmsford, MA.
• At least 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, or a related business environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage assigned tasks under moderate supervision.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Device Tracking, quality systems, or regulatory environments.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access.
