What you will do

• Uncover retention and growth drivers using exploratory analytical techniques.
• Analyze player behavior across different cohorts and user lifecycle stages to provide actionable insights.
• Plan, design, ship, and evaluate large-scale product experiments and A/B tests.
• Extract truths and trends directly from BigQuery to inform business and product decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build scalable and reproducible analyses.
• Develop tools and best practices to ensure high data quality and prevent production errors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency with BigQuery, Python, Jupyter, and Airflow.
• Experience collaborating on the full cycle of large-scale product experiments.
• Strong communication skills for working in a fully distributed team.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others in craft and communication.
