What you will do

• Conduct pre-scan assessments and guide patients through the hirify.global journey via phone and video.
• Provide clinical insights and emotional support, referring patients to NPs or MDs when necessary.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, clinical, and operations teams to identify and resolve patient friction points.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with privacy standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and internal process optimizations.

Requirements

• Active compact state RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (ambulatory care, radiology, or oncology preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of remote nursing experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Certifications in radiology-related or oncology-related nursing.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health or remote patient support.
• Knowledge of MRI safety and imaging workflows.
• Certification in MRI technology (e.g., ARRT).
• Advanced training in quality management or healthcare administration.
