Salary: $56,000 – $69,000 CAD

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to investment advisors and investors via an inbound contact centre.
• Support advisors in educating clients on short-term and long-term investment strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering information requests and directing them to the correct departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• College Diploma or equivalent experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST).
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve client problems.
