What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex full-stack interoperability solutions.
• Own major features and system-level designs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Architect and implement APIs, data pipelines, and integration capabilities across desktop and cloud applications.
• Drive research and evaluation of new technologies to shape the team’s technical strategy.
• Define and document architectural patterns, best practices, and solution approaches for the team.
• Lead technical design discussions, retrospectives, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in software engineering, including designing, implementing, and shipping scalable, high-quality software.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming languages such as TypeScript, C#, C++, or Java.
• Strong understanding of design and architectural patterns (including SOLID and OOP) and web services/API architecture.
• Extensive experience with modern testing and mocking frameworks and a commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficiency with modern development tools including Microsoft Visual Studio, Git, and Azure Pipelines.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
