Software Engineer (AI/Fullstack)

What you will do

• Anchor architecture decisions for AI/agentic stacks, including patterns for skills, tools, agent loops, memory, and observability.
• Develop and ship production-grade Python and TypeScript services, internal UIs, and SaaS integrations.
• Design scalable data models in PostgreSQL to support automation and AI experimentation.
• Partner with leaders in Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Finance, and IT to identify and automate high-leverage workflows.
• Contribute to code reviews and improve testing, documentation, and operational runbook practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience as a software engineer.
• Fluency in Python and TypeScript with the ability to work across the full stack.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React) for building internal dashboards.
• Proven track record of designing and operating SaaS integrations at scale (OAuth, webhooks, rate limits).
• Deep PostgreSQL and SQL skills with strong data-modeling judgment.
• Must be an independent contractor based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform and production observability stacks like Datadog or Rollbar.
• Demonstrated experience in mentorship and establishing engineering patterns.
