What you will do
- Develop, integrate, and execute M&S environments for manned–unmanned teaming and survivability analysis.
- Conduct operational task analysis to identify technology shortfalls and support the development of technical requirements.
- Create scenario designs, scripting, and test vignettes for advanced autonomy and threat interactions.
- Perform survivability and mission effectiveness assessments using AFSIM and other government-approved tools.
- Manage and administer high-fidelity terrain databases and M&S datasets on classified and unclassified systems.
- Prepare and present technical artifacts to Validity Control Boards (VCBs) for model verification and validation.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Operations Research.
- Proficiency in C#, C++, and related coding software.
- Demonstrated experience in Modeling & Simulation-based analysis, with a strong emphasis on AFSIM.
- Experience supporting defense, aerospace, or government analytical efforts.
- Must be able to work on-site at Fort Eustis, VA.
