What you will do

• Act as a product owner for CEX crypto wallet services, overseeing daily deposit, withdrawal, and safekeeping operations.
• Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and maintain overall operational uptime.
• Coordinate network upgrades, token events, and testing to ensure seamless execution.
• Implement risk safeguards and continuously review internal controls to prevent potential incidents.
• Analyze competitor products and industry trends to automate and optimize internal processes.
• Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve customer pain points.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in crypto wallet operations or blockchain infrastructure.
• 8+ years of experience in Product or Operations Management.
• Proficiency with blockchain technologies including EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
• Deep familiarity with wallet infrastructure such as nodes, signing services, and custody models (MPC, HSM, KSM).
• Experience with on-chain analysis tools and DeFi protocols.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.

Nice to have

• Tradfi experience in Issuer Services & Custody.
