What you will do

• Design and build distributed backend services for real-time telemetry processing and risk scoring.
• Develop and maintain event-driven, streaming-based pipelines using Kafka.
• Design data models and persistence layers using PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Optimize complex database queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to improve reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, observability, and production reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building production backend systems at scale.
• Strong command of TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven streaming pipelines and Kafka.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis query optimization.
• Experience with large-scale data environments and performance tuning.
• English: B1+ proficiency required.
