What you will do

• Architect and evolve backend systems supporting millions of active users.
• Design clean, reliable, and intuitive REST APIs for frontend teams.
• Develop complex data flows involving caching and messaging.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks before they affect users.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to ship and iterate quickly.
• Challenge assumptions, introduce improvements, and raise backend engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems at scale.
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills, including asynchronous programming.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and REST APIs.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Nginx, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines.
• Production experience with Go, or a strong willingness to learn it in the role.
