Salary: $108,035 - $146,165 CAD / year

What you will do
- Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
- Develop and execute account plans by conducting discovery sessions to understand customer priorities.
- Own the net revenue growth strategy, driving renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the quote-to-order process, including bespoke pricing proposals and contract execution.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor account health and proactively prevent churn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure value realization.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 4+ years of success managing client retention and growth or equivalent experience in FP&A/corporate finance.
- 1+ year of internal experience specifically in an Account Manager role.
- Proven experience selling to a Finance audience with accounting process expertise.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging senior management and C-suite stakeholders.
