What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance on design patterns, trade-offs, and implementation strategies.
• Set end-to-end technical direction, including technology choices and infrastructure strategy.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Lead the modernization of legacy applications into a cloud-native AWS environment.
• Integrate AI-assisted development practices and automation into engineering workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to align technical delivery with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience managing and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Proficiency with C#/.NET and building distributed, scalable systems.
• Full-stack expertise including React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Strong background in AWS, API design, and modern architectural patterns like microservices and event-driven systems.
• Proven experience as an evangelist for AI-native software development.
