What you will do

  • Lead LinkedIn strategy and produce genuine, scroll-stopping content including videos, reels, and memes.
  • Develop and execute iconic brand campaigns and maintain a consistent voice across all channels.
  • Analyze real-time data to refine story arcs and manage the publishing calendar aligned with GTM roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, and Design teams to create a unified social experience.
  • Cultivate relationships with B2B influencers, creators, and thought leaders to grow the brand ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar social media management role.
  • Proven track record of growing organic social engagement with intention.
  • Mastery of micro-copy and the ability to create cohesive story arcs across channels.
  • Experience with Sprout Social, Figma, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Ability to pitch, defend, and execute bold creative ideas independently.
