TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Porto, Portugal

Salary: €1,700 - €3,000 per month

What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth within your book of business, managing upsells, cross-sells, and contract renewals to maximize Net Revenue Retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic account success plans aligned with customers' corporate goals and milestones.
  • Act as a value architect by defining and tracking KPIs to translate operational usage into tangible financial ROI.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, leading high-stakes negotiations and business reviews (QBRs).
  • Orchestrate AI-driven tools and automated tech-touch workflows to ensure operational efficiency at scale.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to champion the customer's voice and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience as a CSM, Account Manager, or Strategic Consultant within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Native Portuguese and professional fluency in English (C1) are mandatory.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Porto, Portugal.
  • Strong technical aptitude to master the platform and advise on ERP and IoT integrations.
  • Data-driven mindset to analyze product adoption, health scores, and financial metrics to predict churn.
  • Proven ability to guide enterprise customers through digital transformation and behavioral shifts.

  • Proficiency in additional European languages, such as Spanish and/or French.
