Salary: €1,700 - €3,000 per month

What you will do
- Drive commercial growth within your book of business, managing upsells, cross-sells, and contract renewals to maximize Net Revenue Retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account success plans aligned with customers' corporate goals and milestones.
- Act as a value architect by defining and tracking KPIs to translate operational usage into tangible financial ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, leading high-stakes negotiations and business reviews (QBRs).
- Orchestrate AI-driven tools and automated tech-touch workflows to ensure operational efficiency at scale.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to champion the customer's voice and resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- Experience as a CSM, Account Manager, or Strategic Consultant within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Native Portuguese and professional fluency in English (C1) are mandatory.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Porto, Portugal.
- Strong technical aptitude to master the platform and advise on ERP and IoT integrations.
- Data-driven mindset to analyze product adoption, health scores, and financial metrics to predict churn.
- Proven ability to guide enterprise customers through digital transformation and behavioral shifts.

- Proficiency in additional European languages, such as Spanish and/or French.
