What you will do

• Identify and assess security risks across the supply chain.
• Develop and implement preventive strategies to mitigate loss and operational disruptions.
• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents.
• Monitor and enhance physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Deliver training sessions to increase security awareness and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external standards such as TAPA FSR/TSR.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, or similar domains.
• Relevant certifications (TAPA FSR/TSR, WZ, CPP, LPQ, or comparable).
• Fluent English and Polish skills.
• Familiarity with security systems and incident response tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
