TL;DR
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (AI): Scaling AI infrastructure for machine learning inference requests with an accent on reliability, performance, and scalability of GPU-based systems. Focus on designing cloud-agnostic infrastructure, optimizing load balancing, and ensuring high availability for high-load AI workloads.
Location: Remote from France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK, or Poland. Monthly visits to Paris office are required.
Salary: €70k–€100k + Stock Options/BSPCE

What you will do
- Own and evolve the Machine Learning Inference Infrastructure powering millions of daily AI requests on GPU-based systems.
- Design and build cloud-agnostic infrastructure solutions supporting diverse AI workload payloads.
- Implement and optimize systems for load balancing, autoscaling, queuing, and workload orchestration.
- Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle from architecture and implementation to monitoring via Datadog and incident management.
- Collaborate with ML, Product, and Web/Mobile teams to identify bottlenecks and improve deployment workflows.
Requirements
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems with high availability.
- Hands-on expertise in load balancing, autoscaling, and traffic management at scale.
- Experience with low-latency, real-time backend systems and performance optimization.
- Proven track record of operating containerized workloads at high scale.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
